PowerPact Holdings Hires Chief Strategy Officer, Robert J. Mazzucchelli

Industry Expert to Guide Strategic Growth Initiatives for PowerPact and TouchStorm

Robert MazzucchelliNew York – December 7, 2009 –Today, PowerPact Holdings, owner of consumer promotion agency PowerPact and digital video solutions company TouchStorm, announced that it has hired Robert Mazzucchelli to serve in a new post as Chief Strategy Officer. Mazzucchelli, who will report to CEO Alison Provost, will be focused on fueling growth for PowerPact through strategic acquisitions of nimble, best-in-class marketing firms. Mazzucchelli will also be using TouchStorm’s incredible video distribution assets to create unique advantages for PowerPact clients.

Mazzucchelli is a visionary business leader with more than 25 years of industry experience. He was responsible for the 10-fold growth of marketing services company 141 Worldwide, growing its revenue from $10 million to $115 million in a six-year span, acquiring nearly 100 marketing firms around the globe along the way. His marketing experience is equally impressive with global brands such as Kodak, RJR Nabisco, Adolph Coors, Coca-Cola, Perrier, Visa, and others.

"Robert's a competitive guy who knows how to win," said Provost. "Not only did he co-found 141 and put it on the map, but he once ranked as #35 in the US as a tennis player, and even today is in the top 100 for 40-and-over. We like that competitive spirit."

Mazzucchelli began his career with the formation of Pinnacle Promotions, a marketing and sports sponsorship consultancy. After selling Pinnacle, he joined Saatchi & Saatchi’s Bates Worldwide where he founded 141 USA, which became 141 Worldwide. After growing it to nearly 40 offices worldwide, Mazzucchelli worked for Clear Channel Entertainment (now Live Nation) as Executive Vice President for Global, where he produced substantial revenue for its new European division and paved the way for their expansion into Latin America. Mazzucchelli also has significant experience in the apparel industry. Most recently he was founder and CEO of 2M Apparel Ventures, LLC, an award winning men's apparel company, and has investments in a number of growing ventures. Joining PowerPact Holdings marks his full-scale return to the marketing industry.

Mazzucchelli will be based in the company's New York City office. He began work in late November.
